INVITATION TO BID UNDER OPEN DOMESTIC BIDDING FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF BUTUURO FINANCIAL SERVICES’ HEAD OFFICES AT NYAKABIRIZI TOWN
- Butuuro Financial Service (BFS) is a member owned, governed and controlled institution. Its Head Office (HO) is located in Nyakabirizi Town, Bushenyi-Ishaka Municipality with branches in Kyabugimbi (Bushenyi), Kashenshero (Mitooma) and Bikurungu (Rukungiri).
- BFS now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of works.
- Interested bidders may obtain further details and inspection of bidding documents at the address given below from 8:30am-5:00pm during working days.
- A complete set of bid document in English may be obtained by interested bidders on submission of written application to the address below and upon payment of Ugx 150,000 (one hundred fifty thousand shillings) cash to the Accountant’s office,at Head Office, Nyakabirizi.
- Bids must be delivered and registered to the address below not later than Thursday 14th September 2023, 12:00 noon. Late bids shall be rejected.
- Bids will be opened from the Butuuro Board Room in the presence of bidders or their representatives that may choose to attend at 2:00pm on 14th September 2023.
- Bids will be delivered to: The Office of the Chairman Loans and Procurement (LOP) Committee, BFS, Head Office Nyakabirizi, P.O Box 337 Bushenyi.
