Butuuro Financial Services is a member owned, governed and controlled institution
which started operations in 2007 and operates within South Western Uganda with its
Head Office located in Nyakabirizi Trading Center, Bushenyi- Ishaka Municipality.
Butuuro FS is looking for qualified, experienced and result oriented individuals to fill the
following positions

01(One) Credit officer
Responsible for:

1.  Carrying out loan appraisals, analysis and utilization follow up.
2. Delinquency management.
3. Member mobilization and training.
4. Promoting Butuuro FS credit and non-credit products and services.
5. Compiling, analyzing and providing weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on loan
   portfolio performance as required.
6. Contributing to the development of Butuuro FS as a key member of staff.
   Reports to the Branch Manager.

Job Requirements and skills

1. Knowledge of credit administration and portfolio analysis
2. High level of honesty, integrity and accountability.
3. Ability to communicate effectively with good people management skills.
4. Ability to frequently travel to the field as required.
5. Not more than 30 years of age

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business
Administration, Agribusiness management or relevant field preferred from a recognized educational Institution.

01(One) Sales Agent
Responsible for:

1. Product/service management.
2. Marketing –information management.
3. Conducting promotional activities.
4. Mobilizing new members and maintaining meaningful relationships with existing
   ones to ensure they are retained.
5. Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective
   members.
6. Putting together budget estimates for marketing campaigns and prepare relevant
   monthly reports.
7. Reports to the Marketing Manager

Job Requirements and skills

1. Knowledge in graphic designing, digital marketing, advertising, and branding.
2. Strong leadership, customer management abilities, great networking and
   negotiation skills.
3. High level of honesty, integrity and accountability
4. Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
5. Neat and well groomed appearance.
6. Not more than 30 years of age.

Qualifications.
Minimum of Bachelors degree in Business Administration or any other related field from a recognized educational institution. Specialization in areas of marketing will be an added advantage.

01(One) Stores Assistant
Responsible for:

1. Overseeing the daily operations of a store in receiving, inspection, storage and issuance.
2. Monitoring inventory levels and initiating stock purchase requisitions when
   necessary.
3. Receiving and inspection of deliveries with the purchase requisitions to check for any damage or discrepancies and report to the supervisor for further action
4. Keeping quality storage materials by properly organizing the items in the store, keeping it clean, organized and comply with health and safety regulations.
5. Managing store budgets and ensure adequate record keeping confirming to
   proper stock levels.
6. Prepare relevant monthly reports
7. Reports to the Assistant Accountant

Job Requirements and skills

1. High level of honesty, integrity and accountability
2. Ability to communicate effectively.
3. Must be computer literate
4. Not more than 30 years of age.

Qualifications.
Minimum of a Diploma in procurement and store management or any other related field.
