CALL FOR APPLICATIONS FOR PREQUALIFICATION TO OFFER EXTERNAL AUDIT SERVICES

Butuuro Peoples’ SACCO, also trading as Butuuro Financial Services, a registered SACCO established in 2007 (Reg. No. CR8583), operating in Western Uganda with branches in Nyakabirizi (Bushenyi- Ishaka Municipality), Kashenshero (Mitooma district), Kyabugimbi (Bushenyi District), Bikurungu (Rukungiri district) , and Mbarara City, invites qualified audit firms to express interest in providing institutional audit services for the financial years 2026–2029, renewable annually.

Applications should be addressed and submitted to the Office of the Loans and Procurement Committee, Butuuro Peoples Sacco P.O Box 337 Bushenyi or email: butuurosacco@gmail.com not later than 13^th February 2026 at 5:00pm.

Applications should contain but not limited to the following;

A letter of interest expressing interest to provide audit services
A valid Certificate of Practicing issued by ICPAU
Company profile including relevant experience and staffing levels
Profile of managing partners with two passports
Information on experience in auditing Cooperatives(including atleast three cooperatives audited in the past and proof of the same)
Copy of certificate of incorporation
Memorandum and Articles of Association
Valid trading license
